About the Inspector

3D Home Inspections, Inc. was founded by Dominic Vitucci and is located in Tempe, Arizona. I, Dominic Vitucci service all of metro Phoenix and surrounding cities. I am fully insured and licensed to provide a quality and professional home inspection. I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a BA, and also a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with an MAT. While going to college, I worked with a residential homebuilder and learned many phases of home construction.

In 1972, I started my own company as a homebuilder and remodeler and I have over 25 years of home construction experience. I have hands on experience from the foundation to the roof. I have dealt with masonry, framing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscaping projects for many years. For the last 10 years I have worked on residential and commercial projects.

In 2003 I graduated from Arizona Sun Tech in Phoenix where I have satisfied all BTR requirements to become an Arizona Certified Home Inspector by taking 160 hours of classroom training and field inspections and passed the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) required state test, the National Home Inspector Examination. Today I bring my vast knowledge and hands on home construction experience to the home inspection industry.
